Ethan's 6th Birtday Part 1

We went to Boise the weekend before Ethan's birthday so we could spend time with family and have fun! David took Ethan Skiing and they had a lot of fun together. Ethan even got to take a few runs with his cousin Kayden. Sunday we had dinner with both of our family's. Grandma and grandpa Miles got Ethan a really cool pirateology book. Ethan loves to go on pirate adventures with grandpa Miles. Grandma and grandpa Hodges gave him a bunch of chapter books witch he love to have read to him every night before bed.

Silly Sleeper

Mattie is a funny little girl she really hates to go to sleep for some reason. She is usually the last one to bed and one of the first up. Mattie will come in and sleep on our floor instead of in her bed even when you take her back to bed it is not long till she finds her way back to our floor. The top picture is a day she hadn't had a nap and then was so tired she feel asleep standing up! sleeping on the stairs was a night she refused to go to be after having milk and books a cuddle time with dad so he put her in bed and she kept coming down and finally decided she was not going to get her way so I guess I will just sleep on the stairs.

Miles Baby #4 Is A Boy!

Here are a few of the better pictures we got of our little guy. The first one is my favorite of his little foot it is so cute and a perfect shot. Then a little profile shot he had his hand up by his little mouth. You can't see much in the third one except for his spine but kind of a neat picture. The forth is the better picture we got letting us know that he is a little boy! We are so excited to have this little guy join our little family. You can't get the smiles off of daddies or Ethan's face when you talk about this little guy!

TV

For some reason my kids love to sit on the back of the couch to watch TV. I think it is so funny and not very comfortable!

Fun With Play-Doh

The girls got out the Play-Doh and for some reason decided the floor was the place to play with it at. They made a big mess but I just picked up the big pieces and used the broom to get the rest!

Mattie Loves To Look at books!

Mattie loves to pick up books and look threw them! You will find her in many different places with a book in her hand. I wish I could capture more of her reading moments but when I get out the camera reading time is over.

Precious Moments

The girls decided they wanted to sleep together in Ethan room. It took a really long time to get them to go to sleep but once they went to sleep what a precious moment. They are so sweet when they are asleep!

Hello Mommy!

Well we are going to be having a new little Stinker Join our family! I say a stinker because it scared mommy to death. I went to the doctor for my monthly check up, but when thePA started looking for the heart beat he couldn't find it. So of couse I was freaking out, but holding it in the best I could. After million years and a few quarts of blood later we finally get into the ustrasound room. Low and behold there is this little stinker streaking around my womb. Because it was running away from the ultrasound we still couldn't get a good heartbeat--at least it was a heartbeat. It made me happy that it stopped to say "Hi Mom! I'm O.K.!".

Presents

Here are a few Pictures of the kids opening their presents! We all had a great Christmas and enjoyed being able to be home. Then we hurried out to make it to spend time with our family!

Christmas 2010

David Has a work Christmas Party every year, it is a lot of fun for the kids! We go and eat Pizza for lunch and play a few game and wait and wait to see Santa! Santa is worth the wait because we get a fun picture and the kids get a Christmas gift! Ethan got a yo-yo Frisbee thing. He really wanted a B-Ball but mom and dad know he would be getting one form us so he finally chose the Frisbee. Kyra picked a recorder you know the kind that make lots of noise. Mattie found herself a cute soft baby doll! She loves that baby so much!
